The Con Grazia Wind Quintet was formed in 1995 by wind players of the Oregon Chamber Players, and since then has maintained an active performance schedule throughout the Northwest.

Past engagements include performances for the Brookings Chamber Music Series; "Music at Midweek" at the University of Portland; the Neskowin Chamber Music Series; summer concerts for Portland's Parks & Recreation Series; several concerts as part of a residency at Marylhurst University highlighting composition projects; Salem's Camerata Musica Series; Cascade Composers; Portland Spirit; Terwilliger Plaza; and many other events and concerts.

The Con Grazia Wind Quintet will present a collaborative concert with poet

Emmett Wheatfall, at the Oregon City Public Library on Friday, April 4, 2025 * 5:00 to 6:00ish.
Free!

Our program will include the music of Haydn, Joplin, Gershwin, Ellington, and others. Mr. Wheatfall will recite  his works and others (some with our music, some on his own).  His own readings will include "Cleophus", "Dance With Me", "Janice Scroggins & Her 88 Keys",  and "No More War".
