Victora, Ann and Dagny first played together when Victoria served as principal sub for Portland's Columbia Symphony (now Orchestra Nova Northwest) in 2007, and they discovered they really enjoyed playing together, so they formed the Double Reed Divas! Since then they've been performing regularly throughout the region.
(By the way, we've been reunited in PCSO as Victoria auditioned and won the acting principal spot for 2020-'21, the acting principal for 2023 and January 2024, and on January 28, 2024 she won the audition for principal oboist!)
Our debut concert was Wednesday, February 13, 2008 at The Old Church, and we’ve been going strong ever since – with the same personnel!
